The College has a well designed Front Office Lab updated with the latest Hotel Software. Since it is the first point of contact with the guest in the hotel, students are taught about the various phrases and welcoming addresses of the Hotel/Hospitality Industry. The College also has a Front Office Counter, Lobby, Bulletin Board and other accessories.
It helps the students in Guest Reservation, Registration Process, Billing and Bill Sattlement. There is focus on building a face to face interaction with guests. Telephonic and electronic systems (fidelio, fax, EPABX etc.) also allows in effective and efficient guest service guest – service provide interface. It boosts the student's confidence and strengthens the vital ability to learn and develop a hospitality service orientation.
